Where to Begin
A majority of our classes are beginner friendly and will be more descriptive to help people just starting out. These classes are easily attended by newcomers and experienced students alike.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class.
- Refrain from eating an hour and a half before class.
- Wear comfortable clothes; leave your shoes at the door.
- Turn cell phones off before class starts.
- Please refrain from wearing fragrances in consideration for those with allergies.
- Bring a yoga mat. It is recommended that Vinyasa students bring a towel as well as a mat.
