Learn to Meditate

Linda Baniel (Mahantek Kaur) certified in Radiant Child Yoga & Kundalini Yoga offers a class that the whole family can attend together. (Preschool children must share a mat and be supervised by a parent). Yoga helps children, teens and adults (parents) of all ages to calm themselves and focus within, learn compassion, tolerance and non-judgement, promotes self-discipline, enhances physical coordination, increases self-confidence, encourages self-awareness while developing self-worth.

Pre-registration is required.  It’s helpful to know the ages and names of the children attending before hand, so please sign up on the worksheet at the front desk. Space is limited for this event.

The class is $10 per person or $25 per family.

names and ages of family members attending class.
